We mostly follow a gluten free, dairy free way of life and try to include plenty of nuts, seeds and superfoods where possible. I love simple, raw, healthy treats but I also love to bake. When baking I use wholefood ingredients and avoid processed sugars and flours, and globs of butter in my recipes. Here you will find simple and easy to make recipes that are good for you and taste great. AND kid approved :)
